Our mission

Help every UK business transition to be AI‑first.

Not in a laboratory, and not in a boardroom. In the ordinary week of an ordinary British firm: the quote that takes two days to write, the inbox three people half‑own, the paperwork that follows every job out of the door.

The firms left out

Most of the British economy is not technology. It is small and medium firms — builders, manufacturers, clinics, hauliers, agencies, practices — run by people who are good at the thing they do and have no appetite for a transformation programme.

When the conversation about AI is held in the language of platforms, pilots and strategy decks, those firms are quietly left out of it. They are also the ones with the most week to win back.

AI‑first is not a tool

It does not mean buying a tool, and it does not mean putting a chatbot on your website. It means the ordinary work of the firm — quoting, scheduling, chasing, writing, filing, answering — is rebuilt around what a machine now does well, so that people spend their hours on the parts that need judgement.

That is a change to how the week runs, not a change to your software list.

It either shows up in time and money, or it was not worth doing.

Britain’s last mile

We start from a real position. The research is here. The models were trained mostly in our language. The world already buys British professional services, and our instinct in regulation has been to be practical rather than absent or absolute.

What this country has historically been poor at is the last mile: taking something invented here and putting it to work in the firms that make up the actual economy. That is the gap we care about. It is a distribution problem, not an invention problem.

Nothing in it for us

We take no retainer and we sell no licence, so there is nothing for us to protect. That is what makes us free to tell a firm that AI would not pay here, which is often the honest answer.

We are externally funded, so the thirty minutes costs you nothing either way. Where it would pay, we build it, hand it over, and show what it saved. Every firm we finish teaches us something we can give to the next one, which is the only way a mission this size ever gets done.

If you run a British firm and want a straight answer about where AI would pay in it, that is the whole of our offer. Thirty minutes, and we will tell you if the answer is no.
